We ship worldwide — across Europe, the Americas and most other countries. Every parcel travels in plain, unbranded packaging — no logos on the outside. Inside the box you’ll find a UKHTA envelope with storage instructions.

Lead times.

• /Spain and the EU (Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands…) — 3–7 business days
• /Rest of Europe (UK, Switzerland, Norway) — 5–10 business days
• /Americas (USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil…) — 7–21 business days
• /Rest of the world — 10–21 business days

Cost.

The exact cost is calculated at checkout and depends on parcel weight and destination. EU — from €15; rest of Europe — from €20; the Americas and the rest of the world — from €25.

Tracking number.

As soon as the courier picks up the parcel (usually within 24 hours after payment), we send the tracking number to your email and, if your account is linked, to Telegram. Tracking statuses refresh every 6–12 hours.
