Returns.
Updated May 20, 2026
Seeds are a biological product. In line with EU consumer law — the exemption from the right of withdrawal for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, and for perishable goods — seeds are not eligible for return or exchange once the packaging is opened.
When a return is possible.
- /Packaging is unopened and the factory seal is intact — within 7 days of delivery
- /The order arrived damaged (photos taken on receipt, before opening)
- /The wrong strain was inside the package — photo of the unopened contents
When a return isn’t possible.
- /The seeds didn’t germinate — that’s the agronomic lottery, not a defect (see the “germination” section)
- /The phenotype didn’t meet your expectations — we sell stabilised lines, but a 10% spread is normal
- /More than 7 days have passed since delivery
Germination.
Our seeds are germination-tested by random sampling on every batch. The stated rate is 90%+. If your batch came in below 70%, we compensate — send us photos of the sprouted seeds and the failures, and we ship a replacement.
