4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1. We ship worldwide, subject to local import laws. We cannot guarantee delivery to jurisdictions where cannabis seeds are restricted.
4.2. Any customs seizures, delays, or issues are the responsibility of the customer. UKHTA Seedbank will not refund or replace orders confiscated by customs authorities.
4.3. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1. For health, safety, and legal reasons, cannabis seeds are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched.
5.2. If you receive incorrect or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or resolution.
