Refunds
- Non-Delivery by Post:
If your order does not arrive due to postal or courier delivery failure, you are entitled to a full refund. Please allow sufficient time for delivery and contact us if your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe. - Other Cases:
Refunds are not provided for issues beyond non-delivery (for example, germination rates, cultivation results, or personal preference).
Replacements
- In cases other than non-delivery, we will provide a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
- Replacement applies if your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or if there is an error with the items you received.
How to Claim
- Contact our support team within 14 days of the expected delivery date (in case of non-delivery) or within 7 days of receiving your package (for replacement cases).
- Provide your order number and details of the issue.
- For damaged or incorrect items, we may request photos as proof.
Exceptions
- We do not refund or replace orders due to germination results or cultivation-related issues. Our seeds are sold as souvenirs and collectorβs items, in line with local laws and regulations.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchasing cannabis seeds is legal in their country or region.
