Refund and Returns Policy

At UKHTA Seedbank, we value our customers and want to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

  • Non-Delivery by Post:
    If your order does not arrive due to postal or courier delivery failure, you are entitled to a full refund. Please allow sufficient time for delivery and contact us if your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe.
  • Other Cases:
    Refunds are not provided for issues beyond non-delivery (for example, germination rates, cultivation results, or personal preference).

Replacements

  • In cases other than non-delivery, we will provide a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
  • Replacement applies if your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or if there is an error with the items you received.

How to Claim

  1. Contact our support team within 14 days of the expected delivery date (in case of non-delivery) or within 7 days of receiving your package (for replacement cases).
  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue.
  3. For damaged or incorrect items, we may request photos as proof.

Exceptions

  • We do not refund or replace orders due to germination results or cultivation-related issues. Our seeds are sold as souvenirs and collector’s items, in line with local laws and regulations.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchasing cannabis seeds is legal in their country or region.
